Job summary

SECU in the United States seeks an Associate Member Services Representative (MSR), an entry-level role designed to build foundational knowledge of branch operations. You'll handle routine duties, respond to member inquiries by phone and in person, and assist with cash handling, account origination and maintenance.

You will learn CXone, follow MIP procedures, balance cash drawers, and support cross-department requests while maintaining confidentiality and professional service.

• Willingness to learn branch procedures and product knowledge.
• Adherence to security and confidentiality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to member inquiries in person, by phone, and online.
• Process transactions and balance cash drawer.
• Assist with account origination and maintenance.
• Operate drive-through window as needed.
• Balance vaults and teller cash equipment; verify deposits.
• Support filing, scanning, and document organization.
