Job summary

State Employees' Credit Union (SECU) seeks an entry-level Associate Member Services Representative to learn foundational branch operations and deliver exemplary member service in person and by phone. The role includes cash handling, account origination, and maintenance as you gain proficiency with CXone and branch procedures.

You will balance cash, process transactions, and support multiple service channels while maintaining SECU's core values and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; higher degrees preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Aptitude for meeting people and building member trust in the credit union.
• Willingness to complete Core Module Program within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Respond to member inquiries by phone and in person.
• Process transactions and balance cash drawer according to standards.
• Assist with cash box management, account origination and maintenance.
• Support wire transfers, currency exchange, and online access issues.
• Collaborate with other departments to fulfill member requests.
• Attend training and maintain records.
