Job summary

SECU is seeking an entry-level Associate Member Services Representative to learn branch operations and deliver exemplary member service. You will respond to inquiries by telephone and in person, process transactions, balance cash, and support account origination and maintenance under supervision.

As you grow, you will learn CXone, assist MSS, and gain knowledge of financial products and services. This role emphasizes teamwork, professional appearance, and flexible support across service channels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Must complete Credit Union Core Module Program within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Respond to member inquiries by phone and in person in a courteous manner.
• Handle cash transactions and balance cash drawer per standards.
• Process transactions in the system and support account origination and maintenance.
• Assist with opening basic accounts under supervision.
• Learn CXone and assist MSS as requested.
