Job summary

You will complete training modules, support security procedures, balance cash drawers, and assist with basic account openings under supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to communicate clearly with members in person and by phone.
• Willingness to complete Core Module Program within 12 months.
• Good problem-solving skills and trust in the credit union mission.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with transactions and inquiries in person and by phone.
• Balance cash drawer and handle cash transfers as needed.
• Attend training and complete core modules after orientation.
• Support security procedures and confidentiality of member information.
• Open basic accounts as training progresses.
