State Employees' Credit Union (SECU) is seeking an entry-level Associate Member Services Representative to join our Greenville, NC team. The role provides foundational knowledge of branch operations and emphasizes exemplary member service across in-person and phone channels.

You will participate in training, learn core banking processes, and support various transactions while upholding SECU policies and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Preferred bachelor’s degree or NC-CTP transfer program.
• Aptitude for meeting people and developing member confidence, respect, and trust.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist members in a courteous, professional manner across service channels.
• Balance the cash drawer and process transactions according to standards.
• Assist with account origination and maintenance and respond to member inquiries by phone and in person.
