Job summary

SECU is seeking an entry-level Associate Member Services Representative to support branch operations and provide exemplary member service. You will handle inquiries in-person and by phone, perform routine transactions, and learn about financial products under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Handle wire transfers and currency exchange procedures.
• Triage member requests and escalate to appropriate departments.
