Job summary

SECU is seeking an entry-level Associate Member Services Representative to support daily branch operations and provide exemplary member service. You will handle inquiries in person and by phone, process transactions, and assist with cash handling under supervision.

As you learn branch procedures and financial products, you will gain exposure to basic account openings, ACH/wire processes, and customer referrals while maintaining professional appearance and adherence to security policies.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Aptitude for meeting people and developing member confidence, respect, and trust.
• Ability to handle cash accurately and balance cash drawer.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all Credit Union policies and regulatory requirements.
• Serve members by processing transactions and balancing a cash drawer.
• Greet and assist members in-person, by phone, and via digital channels.
• Process wire transfers and currency exchange as needed.
• Maintain daily records and organize documents.
• Support other departments to fulfill member requests.
