Job summary

State Employees' Credit Union (SECU) is seeking an entry-level Associate Member Services Representative to learn branch operations and provide exemplary member service. You will respond to inquiries by phone and in person, process transactions, and balance cash drawers under supervision.

Key duties include drive-through support, cash deliveries, basic account opening, and collaborating with other departments. This role emphasizes learning and adherence to policies and security procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree or CCUE preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle cash, balance drawers, and process basic member transactions.

Responsibilities

• Respond to member inquiries by phone and in person across service channels.
• Process transactions and balance a cash drawer according to standards.
• Assist with drive-through operations and cash deliveries as needed.
• Open basic accounts under supervision and follow MIP procedures.
• Organize, file, and scan documents daily and maintain records.
