Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Must complete SECU Core Module Program within 12 months of hire.
• Aptitude for meeting people and developing member confidence, respect, and trust in the Credit Union.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend training courses and complete core modules.
• Provide exemplary member service by phone and in person.
• Balance cash drawer and balance vault and machines as required.
• Process transactions in the appropriate system and handle wire transfers.
• Assist with opening basic accounts under supervision.
• Maintain confidential member information and comply with policies.
