Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Aptitude for meeting people and building member trust.
• Ability to complete Core Module Program within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary member service by responding to inquiries in person and by phone.
• Handle branch duties including cash handling, account origination and maintenance.
• Balance cash drawer and operate teller equipment per procedures.
• Follow security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with basic account openings and routine transactions.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge of branch operations.
