Job summary

State Employees' Credit Union is seeking an Associate Member Services Representative to support branch operations and deliver excellent member service. This entry-level role includes cash handling, basic account tasks, and learning SECU policies and procedures.

You will learn CXone and MARGO systems, assist members in person and by phone, and contribute to a professional, confidential service environment while maintaining accuracy in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to complete the Core Module Program within 12 months of hire.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary member service by responding to inquiries by telephone and in person.
• Balance cash drawer and process routine branch transactions.
• Assist with account origination and maintenance following branch procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of member information and follow security procedures.
• Support daily operations including wire transfers, deposits, and currency handling.
