Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; preferred bachelor’s or NC-CTP related/transfer program.
• Demonstrates SECU core values; strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Must complete Core Module Program within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding member service via in-person and phone channels.
• Handle routine branch tasks: cash handling, account origination and maintenance.
• Balance cash drawer and operate teller systems; process wire transfers and currency exchanges.
• Assist members with inquiries, open basic accounts, and support digital channels.
