Job summary

The Associate Member Services Representative at SECU Greensboro is an entry-level role designed to ground you in branch operations and exemplary member service. Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree or CCUE Certification, or AA/AS via NC-CTP.
• Aptitude for meeting people and building member trust.
• Good verbal and written communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members in person, by phone, and digitally with courtesy and professionalism.
• Respond to member inquiries and perform routine branch tasks.
• Balance cash drawer and handle cash in accordance with standards.
• Process transactions and maintain accurate records for reporting.
• Learn branch procedures and SECU policies during training sessions.
• Assist with account origination and maintenance and basic opening of new accounts.
• Operate drive-through window when needed and handle basic teller functions.
• Help verify deposits, perform funds transfers, and handle wire transfers.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure security controls are followed.
• Organize, file and scan documents daily and support other departments as needed.
• Participate in ongoing training and comply with performance criteria.
