Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree, CCUE Certification, or AA/AS via NC-CTP.
• Aptitude for meeting people and developing member confidence, respect, and trust in the Credit Union.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members in a courteous, professional, and timely manner through all service channels – in-person, phone, and digital communications.
• Answer phones and assist members with service requests.
• Process transactions and balance a cash drawer in accordance with standards.
• Operate a drive-through window as needed.
• Balance vault, ATMs, teller cash dispenser, and coin sorter.
• Review and take action on negative checking, NSFB, and Share Below $25 reports.
• Learn basic account opening procedures with supervision.
• Provide referrals to Financial Advisory and Real Estate products and services.
