Job summary

SECU is hiring an Associate Member Services Representative (MSR) in North Carolina. This entry-level role provides foundational knowledge of branch operations and focuses on exemplary member service in-person and by phone.

Training includes 10 core modules after onboarding, covering accounts, policies, and security. Responsibilities include cash handling, balance of cash drawers, processing transactions, and assisting with basic account openings under supervision.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree, CCUE Certification, or an Associate degree via NC-CTP.
• Familiarity with CXone and MARGO platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to member inquiries by phone and in person.
• Process transactions and balance cash drawer.
• Assist with basic account opening and maintenance tasks.
• Handle drive-through and teller operations as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to security procedures.
