SECU is seeking an Associate Member Services Representative to provide foundational knowledge of branch operations and to deliver exemplary member service. The role involves handling inquiries by phone and in person, cash box management, and basic account origination and maintenance, all under supervision.

You will complete training modules, learn CXone, and gradually gain knowledge of financial advisory products while supporting daily branch tasks and member requests.

• Must have strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to solve problems and assist members accurately.
• Demonstrates SECU core values and provides exemplary member service.

Responsabilités

• Attend Excel and Elevate – New Employee Training (E&E).
• Complete core modules: Checking Accounts, Member Eligibility, Money Market Share Accounts, SECU Policies Overview, Share Accounts, Lending Overview, NCUA Coverage, Cooperative Principles, Member Access, We Are SECU!
• Greet and assist members in a courteous, professional manner across in-person, phone, and digital channels.
• Balance cash drawer and process transactions with accuracy per standards.
• Follow security and control procedures and maintain confidentiality of member information.
