Job summary

SECU is seeking an Associate Member Services Representative to support branch operations and provide exemplary member service. This entry-level role covers cash handling, account origination and maintenance, and assisting members by phone or in person.

You will complete training modules, learn CXone, and grow toward advanced MSR/MSO tasks, while upholding SECU policies and confidentiality, with regular attendance and a professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role requiring strong people skills and confidentiality.
• Must be able to balance a cash drawer and process transactions accurately.
• Must respond to member inquiries in-person and by phone with professionalism.
• Ability to learn bank policies, security measures, and core procedures.

Responsibilities

• Attend new employee training and core modules after E&E.
• Process transactions and balance cash drawer per standards.
• Greet and assist members via in-person, phone, and digital channels.
• Handle wire transfers, currency exchange, and account maintenance tasks.
