Job summary

SECU is seeking an entry-level Associate Member Services Representative (MSR) to support branch operations and provide exemplary member service. You will respond to inquiries by phone and in person, handle cash-related duties, and assist with basic account origination and maintenance under supervision.

Initial training includes 10 core modules, security and compliance guidelines, and ongoing development in cash handling, wires, and member services.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must complete the Core Module Program within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Respond to member inquiries by phone and in person.
• Balance cash drawer and processing transactions in the system.
• Assist with account origination and maintenance.
• Operate drive-through window as needed.
• Organize, file and scan documents daily.
