Qualifications

• Completion of Core Module Program within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist members in-person and by phone with service requests.
• Process transactions and balance cash drawer according to standards.
• Open basic accounts and support branch operations.
• Follow security, privacy and regulatory procedures.
• Learn and apply SECU policies and procedures.
