Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED; higher education preferred.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Completion of Core Module Program within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members in person, by phone, and online.
• Process transactions and balance cash drawer per standards.
• Follow security, privacy, and MIP procedures.
• Handle drive-through operations and wire transfers as needed.
• Prepare cash deliveries and assist with filings and recordkeeping.
• Refer members to Financial Advisory and Real Estate services when appropriate.
