Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree or related certificates preferred.

• Ability to complete Core Module Program within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members in person, by phone, and digital channels.
• Process transactions and balance cash drawer according to standards.
• Open basic accounts and handle routine servicing with supervision.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow security procedures.
• Support colleagues and coordinate with other departments as needed.
