Job summary

SECU is seeking an entry-level Associate MSR to support branch operations, respond to member inquiries in person and by phone, and help with cash handling and account maintenance. Training will cover essential modules and branch procedures, enabling growth into more advanced responsibilities.

You will learn CXone, participate in security and compliance measures, and provide courteous service while maintaining confidentiality in daily interactions with members and teammates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately.
• Willingness to learn and follow procedures.
• Capacity to maintain confidentiality and security.

Responsibilities

• Respond to member inquiries by phone and in person.
• Process transactions and balance a cash drawer.
• Assist with account origination and maintenance.
• Balance vaults and perform security/compliance tasks.
• Collaborate with other departments to fulfill member requests.
