Job summary

SECU is seeking an entry-level Associate Member Services Representative to learn branch operations and provide exemplary member service. The role involves handling inquiries by phone and in person, processing transactions, and assisting with account origination and maintenance.

Initial training includes E&E and core modules on checking, eligibility, money market, and other products. You will work under supervision to ensure compliance and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Aptitude for meeting people and building trust.
• Ability to balance a cash drawer and handle transactions.
• Willingness to complete core training modules.

Responsibilities

• Attend New Employee Training and Core Modules.
• Greet and assist members in person and by phone across service channels.
• Process transactions and balance cash drawer according to standards.
• Handle drive-through and vault/ATM duties as needed.
• Maintain confidential member information and follow security procedures.
• Assist with opening basic accounts under supervision.
