Job summary

SECU seeks an entry-level Associate Member Services Representative to learn branch operations and deliver exceptional member service. You will respond to inquiries by phone and in person, help with cash handling, and support account origination and maintenance under supervision.

As you complete core training modules and additional certifications, you will gain knowledge of cash controls, security procedures, and member services across channels, including drive-through and online access.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree, CCUE, or Associate degree via NC-CTP.
• Ability to learn branch operations and adhere to security procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary member service by responding to inquiries by telephone and in person.
• Balance a cash drawer and process transactions.
• Assist with cash box management, account origination and maintenance.
• Operate drive-through window as needed.
• Process foreign and domestic wire transfers.
