Job summary

SECU is seeking an Associate Member Services Representative to provide foundational knowledge of branch operations and deliver outstanding service to members in person and over the phone. You will assist with routine transactions, balance cash, and learn basic account openings under supervision.

The role emphasizes teamwork, confidentiality, and adherence to policies as you grow into broader member services responsibilities and cross-channel assistance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle cash, transactions, and member inquiries.
• Willingness to complete Core Module Program within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary member service by responding to inquiries in person or by phone.
• Process transactions and balance cash drawer according to standards.
• Assist with basic account openings and maintenance under supervision.
• Operate drive-through window when needed and balance vault/cash equipment.
• Maintain daily and monthly records and organize documents.
• Support other departments to fulfill member requests.
• Maintain professional appearance and consistent attendance.
