Job summary

NCSECU is seeking an entry-level Associate Member Services Representative to provide exemplary member service through in-person and phone channels. You will learn branch operations, process transactions, balance cash, and assist with account opening under supervision.

The role emphasizes training in core modules, customer service excellence, and learning financial products while maintaining confidentiality and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: bachelor's degree or equivalent credit union certification.
• Ability to complete required training and core modules within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members in person or over the phone and digital channels.
• Process transactions, balance cash drawer, and follow cash handling procedures.
• Learn CXone and assist MSS as requested.
• Assist with opening basic accounts under supervision and following MIP procedures.
