SECU seeks an entry-level Associate Member Services Representative to support branch operations in Chapel Hill, NC. You will respond to member inquiries by phone and in person, handle basic transactions, and assist with cash box management and account maintenance under supervision.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Aptitude for meeting people and building member confidence.
• Completion of Credit Union Core Module within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist members by telephone and in person with inquiries and transactions.
• Balance cash drawer and process transactions in the designated system.
• Support cash handling, wire transfers, and check deposits per procedures.
• Learn CXone and assist MSS as requested.
• Maintain records and assist with administrative tasks.
