Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members in a courteous, professional manner across service channels.
• Process foreign and domestic wire transfers and assist with currency exchange.
• Open basic accounts and perform share, money market, and checking activities under supervision.
• Maintain cash drawer accuracy and follow cash handling procedures daily.
• Support lending and collection training and document member interactions.
