Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary member service by responding to inquiries in person and by phone.
• Manage cash drawer with accuracy and handle basic account origination and maintenance.
• Learn and follow SECU policies, including confidentiality and security procedures.
• Assist with wire transfers, foreign currency handling, and Notary Public requests.
• Begin learning lending and collections and participate in continuing education.
