Job summary

Medical Diagnostic Laboratories (MDL), a Genesis Global Group member, seeks an entry-level Sales Executive to grow a hospital and physician client base nationwide. You will present MDL's PCR-based infectious disease testing capabilities and build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated with strong communication skills, willing to travel within the United States, and able to develop a robust sales pipeline while meeting annual sales objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2 years sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Well-developed multi-tasking, organizational skills, and detail orientation.
• Energy, motivation, enthusiasm, and integrity in a sales role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within the coverage area and nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales and profit objectives for a defined territory.
• Obtain new business and exceed annual territory sales budget through upselling and new revenues.
• Develop and present personalized sales presentations to physicians and clinics; highlight MDL testing benefits.
• Establish long-term client relations via calls and visits.
• Maintain a full pipeline and territory management plan.
• Provide timely reporting of pipeline, account plans and activities.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager to grow territory in line with company goals.
• Stay informed about competitors and their market presence.
