Job summary

Medical Diagnostic Laboratories (MDL), a member of Genesis Global Group, is seeking an entry-level Sales Executive to grow a hospital and physician client base across the U.S. The role focuses on presenting MDL’s DNA-based testing services and expanding market presence.

The candidate will build relationships, manage a territory, and provide accurate sales reporting while collaborating with the regional team to meet objectives. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or two years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to travel within the coverage area and occasionally nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales and profit objectives for a defined territory.
• Acquire new business and exceed territory sales budget each year.
• Develop and present personalized sales presentations to professional audiences.
• Establish long-term client relationships through scheduled calls.
• Maintain a full pipeline of prospective clients and manage territory logistics.
• Provide timely reporting of pipeline, account plans and activities.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager to grow the territory.
• Maintain knowledge of competitors in the region.
