Job summary

Medical Diagnostic Laboratories (MDL), part of Genesis Global Group, is expanding its sales team nationwide. We seek a high-energy, self-motivated Entry-Level Sales Executive to maintain and grow a client base of hospital and physician customers for MDL.

Responsibilities include achieving annual sales objectives in a defined territory, presenting MDL’s PCR-based testing options, and developing long-term client relationships through proactive calls and pipeline management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or two years sales experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to travel within the coverage area and nationwide as needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Proficient with MS Office, Excel, email and internet functions.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales and profit objectives for a defined territory.
• Obtain new business and exceed annual territory sales budget by presenting MDL test information and up-selling.
• Develop and present personalized sales presentations to physicians, lab staff, clinics and group practices.
• Establish long-term client relations through scheduled calls and pipeline management.
• Maintain a full business pipeline and manage territory activities; report progress regularly.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager to align territory development with company goals.
