Rep-Lite is partnering with an innovative healthcare technology leader in Morgantown, WV to recruit an Associate Sales Representative. This entry‑level role targets professionals with 1–2 years in pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare sales who want structured training and a clear path into medical device sales.

As you work with experienced Territory Managers, you will learn to cultivate physician relationships, support clinical customers, and grow the business in your territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 1–2 years of experience in Pharmaceutical/Medical Device/Healthcare sales or related roles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; strong relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior sales professionals to grow business in the assigned territory.
• Develop relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, and clinical staff.
• Support and target healthcare accounts while identifying growth opportunities.
• Educate providers on diagnostic technologies and clinical solutions.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain accurate territory activity and sales reporting.
