Job summary

Rep-Lite is seeking an Associate Sales Representative in San Jose, CA to launch a career in medical device sales. You will partner with experienced Territory Managers to expand adoption of innovative healthcare technologies, build physician relationships, support clinical customers, and grow business across your assigned territory.

A 1–2 year background in pharmaceutical or medical device sales is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–2 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Sales, Medical Device Sales, B2B Outside Sales, Healthcare Sales, Business Development, Account Executive or related roles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong relationship-building abilities.
• Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel 25–50% of the time, including 1–2 overnights per week.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior sales professionals to grow business throughout your territory.
• Develop relationships with physicians, cardiologists, primary care providers, healthcare administrators, office managers, nurses, and clinical staff.
• Support and target healthcare accounts while identifying opportunities to expand business.
• Educate healthcare providers on diagnostic technologies and clinical solutions.
• Increase product awareness, utilization, and customer engagement.
• Execute territory business plans and identify new growth opportunities.
• Learn healthcare economics, reimbursement, and clinical workflows within physician offices and health systems.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while becoming a trusted resource for customers.
• Maintain accurate territory activity and sales reporting.
• Consistently work toward achieving and exceeding sales goals.
