Job summary

Rep-Lite is partnering with an innovative healthcare technology leader seeking ambitious, early-career sales professionals in the Hackensack area to launch a career in medical device sales.

As an Associate Sales Representative, you will learn from experienced Territory Managers, build physician relationships, support clinical customers, and grow the business in your territory while pursuing a long-term path to a Territory Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–2 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Sales, Medical Device Sales, B2B Outside Sales, Healthcare Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Valid driver's license with 25–50% travel including 1–2 overnight trips per week.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior sales professionals to grow business in your territory.
• Develop relationships with physicians, providers, administrators, office managers, nurses, and clinical staff.
• Educate healthcare providers on diagnostic technologies and clinical solutions.
• Increase product awareness, utilization, and customer engagement.
• Execute territory business plans and identify new growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate territory activity and sales reporting.
• Consistently work toward achieving and exceeding sales goals.
