Rep-Lite in Los Angeles, CA seeks an Associate Sales Representative to start a medical device sales career. You will work with seasoned Territory Managers to expand adoption of innovative technologies and build physician relationships across your territory.

The role targets candidates with 1–2 years in pharmaceutical or medical device sales, healthcare or B2B outside sales, offering structured training, mentorship, and a clear path to a Territory Manager position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, B2B outside, healthcare sales, or related fields.
• Travel up to 25–50% within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior sales professionals to grow business in territory.
• Develop relationships with physicians, healthcare staff and administrators.
• Support and target healthcare accounts while identifying growth opportunities.
• Educate providers on diagnostic technologies and clinical solutions.
• Increase product awareness, utilization and customer engagement.
• Execute territory plans and identify new growth opportunities.
• Learn healthcare economics, reimbursement and clinical workflows.
• Maintain territory activity and sales reporting.
