Job summary

Acumed LLC, part of Marmon Holdings, seeks an Associate Sales Representative in Seattle, WA. You will exceed sales quotas in the OR by delivering Acumed products on time and providing high-quality technical support, while building strong surgical customer relationships.

You will identify new business opportunities, conduct targeted sales strategies, and maintain CRM records, ensuring compliance with AdvaMed and hospital credentialing requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (business or medical discipline preferred) or equivalent experience.
• 0-2 years demonstrated successful sales experience (preferably in the medical device industry).
• Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with physicians and other surgical personnel.
• Experience in building and maintaining relationships with surgeons and hospitals in respective areas.
• Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
• Must be comfortable in emergency/operating room environments.
• Must be able to gain necessary credentialing for hospital access.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Execute business plans to identify and close new business.
• Identifies the needs of new prospects and develops/delivers appropriate responses to meet or exceed needs.
• Performs field sales calls for assigned accounts and territory including on-call and OR consultation.
• Provides accounts with post-sale follow up and manages delivery dates and in-service training.
• Communicates with current and new customer accounts regarding product updates and portfolio changes.
• Cross-sells additional products and introduces new products to accounts as available.
• Addresses issues promptly to drive customer satisfaction and resolve problems.
• Maintains customer records using the Company's CRM tool.
