Job summary

Acumed LLC is seeking an Associate Sales Representative in the Philadelphia area. The role focuses on exceeding sales quotas by delivering Acumed products on time and providing high-quality technical assistance in the OR.

You will assess customer bases, pursue new opportunities, and execute targeted strategies to grow accounts. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 0–2 years of medical device sales experience, with strong communication skills and the ability to work in hospital settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or medical field, or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years sales experience in medical devices preferred.
• Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with physicians and surgical personnel.
• Experience in building and maintaining relationships with surgeons and hospitals.
• Knowledge of selling products or services and marketing strategies.
• Comfort in emergency/operating room environments.
• Able to gain hospital credentialing for access.

Responsibilities

• Execute business plans to identify and close new business.
• Identify needs of new prospects and deliver responses to meet them.
• Perform field sales calls in assigned accounts and territory, including on-call OR consultations.
• Provide post-sale follow-up with delivery coordination and in-service training.
• Communicate product updates and portfolio changes to current and new accounts.
• Cross-sell products and introduce new offerings to customers.
• Drive customer satisfaction by addressing issues promptly.
• Maintain customer records per Acumed specifications using CRM.
• Adhere to AdvaMed code, privacy, and applicable laws and company policies.
