Job summary

Acumed LLC, part of Marmon Holdings, is seeking an Associate Sales Representative for the Seattle area. The ASR will exceed sales quotas by delivering Acumed products on time and providing high-quality technical assistance in the OR, while identifying new business opportunities in the territory.

The role requires hospital credentialing, field sales calls, and strong relationship-building with surgeons and hospital staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or medical field.
• 0–2 years sales experience, preferably medical devices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact with physicians and OR staff.
• Must obtain hospital credentials and work in OR environments.
• Valid transportation and credentialing eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Execute business plans to identify and close new business.
• Identify needs of prospects and prepare responses to meet needs.
• Perform field sales calls in the assigned territory including in operating rooms.
• Provide post-sale follow-up and coordinate deliveries and training.
• Communicate product updates and portfolio changes to accounts.
• Cross-sell products and introduce new offerings to customers.
• Drive customer satisfaction and address issues promptly.
• Maintain customer records per company CRM standards.
• Adhere to AdvaMed code and company policies.
