Job summary

W.B. Mason is seeking a full-time Market Development Specialist in Virginia to drive outside sales within your assigned territory. You’ll connect with local businesses, explain our office supplies and services, and build a growing client base while collaborating with inside sales and onboarding teams.

You’ll visit prospects, present product demos, tailor pricing, and help new customers get started with MasonvilleGO, joining a culture that values growth and internal promotion.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail sales, etc.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to converse, read, and write in English.
• Physical ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Hitting the road to explore your territory and introduce local businesses to W.B. Mason's products and services.
• Meet with potential clients, assess needs, demo products, and offer pricing and setup through MasonvilleGO.
