W.B. Mason is seeking a full-time Market Development Specialist to drive outside sales in the Allentown area. You’ll visit local businesses, showcase our complete line of workplace products, and build lasting relationships.

In this role you’ll demo products, offer custom pricing, and onboard new customers using MasonvilleGO, working with inside sales for smooth transitions and growth. A dynamic, growth-oriented culture awaits.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail sales, etc.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to converse, read, and write in English.
• Physical ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Hit the road to meet local businesses and introduce Mason products and services.
• Demo products, share web tools, and provide custom pricing.
• Help new customers get set up through MasonvilleGO and coordinate with inside sales.
