Job summary

USPack is seeking an entry-level coordinator to ensure routes are covered, ICs are checked in, and deliveries meet schedule. You will create routes, monitor dispatch, and communicate delays to customers and dispatch to keep operations on time.

The role requires basic MS Office skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Willingness to work overtime and build customer relationships is essential.

Qualifications

• Basic MS Office Programs (Outlook, Excel, Word) experience required.
• Proactive and resourceful; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Independent judgment to plan, prioritize and organize tasks.
• Must maintain valid driver’s license and a clean vehicle.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to work overtime as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Monitor routes to ensure coverage and IC check-in is complete.
• Create routes per customer requirements and coordinate dispatch.
• Monitor dispatch board to meet customer delivery times.
• Communicate delays and issues to customer and dispatch.
• Ensure ICs provide services in requested vehicle type.
• Complete daily service reports and required paperwork.
• Assist with contracting ICs and maintain paperwork up to date.
