Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronic Technology, Computer Science, or Biomedical discipline.
• Strong understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical devices.
• Familiarity with information systems networking and operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, upgrade, and repair laboratory instruments and systems in Cedar Rapids and surrounding areas.
• Respond to customer service needs and communicate work performed with follow-up plans.
• Generate field service revenue through preventive maintenance and relocation offerings.
• Schedule proactive system upgrades with customers and document all activities.
• Maintain inventory and records for spare parts and assigned equipment.
