Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Field Service Engineer to install, calibrate, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on advanced analytical instruments at customer sites and in-house.

This role requires IQ/OQ/PQ qualification experience and familiarity with Waters ACQUITY HPLC/UPLC systems. The position involves diagnosing complex instrument issues, maintaining detailed service reports, building strong customer relationships, and supporting regional growth with some overnight travel up

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of job-related experience or combination of experience and education.
• Must have license or certification where required by law.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, calibration, repair, and preventive maintenance on Waters ACQUITY HPLC/UPLC and related instruments.
• Execute IQ/OQ/PQ qualification protocols and ensure GMP/GLP compliance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex laboratory equipment issues.
• Complete detailed service reports and regulatory submissions.
• Maintain customer relationships and identify service growth opportunities.
• Travel to customer sites; 25% overnight travel may be required.
