Solvix Auto, a Meineke Car Care franchisee, seeks an entry-level IT Support Assistant to join our lean IT team across Indiana. You'll be first-line support for store networks, phones, connectivity, and basic hardware/software issues, helping staff with tech problems and logging resolutions.

Ideal for recent grads or self-taught tech enthusiasts, the role offers hands-on experience across multiple locations, with opportunities to grow in a small, supportive environment and work closely with store

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in IT/tech support and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication skills, able to explain tech issues clearly to non-technical staff.
• Basic familiarity with Windows troubleshooting and general connectivity issues.

Responsibilities

• Field and resolve day-to-day IT support requests from store locations, phones, printers, and POS-adjacent hardware.
• Coordinate with ISPs and vendors to report outages or service issues.
• Provide basic hardware support and setup for new devices for store staff.
• Document recurring issues and maintain clear records of support requests and resolutions.
• Escalate complex issues to the IT Systems Administrator as needed.
• Occasionally travel to nearby store locations for in-person support.
