Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking an entry-level IT Support Specialist to join the Technical Services team in New Jersey. The role focuses on in-person support with some remote assistance, working under the guidance of the manager and director to ensure timely resolutions.

Responsibilities include documenting issues, delivering excellent customer service, and collaborating on large deployments. Candidates should have 1–3 years of experience, an Associate's degree, and an A+ or equivalent

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant work experience in IT support or a related area.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS and Android, and standard software applications.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and troubleshooting tools.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, Intune) and mobile device management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person and remote technical support as needed.
• Maintain a detailed incident diary documenting steps taken to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with the team on large-scale software or hardware deployments and migrations.
• Report progress and issues to the supervisor and manager.
• Local travel to various locations will be required.
