The role combines independent work with teamwork under supervision, requiring strong attention to detail and clear in‑person or remote communication. A Day In The Life covers addressing tasks promptly, delivering excellent customer service, maintaining an incident diary, assisting with large deployments, and reporting to supervisors,

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience.
• A+ Certification or equivalent to PC support.
• 1–3 years of related experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11, macOS, iOS, and Android.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP networking concepts.
• Experience with Azure, Intune, and mobile device management a plus.
• Experience with ServiceNow and Zebra thermal printers a plus.
• Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Address tasks promptly and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service with timely responses and follow-up.
• Maintain a detailed incident diary of steps taken to resolve issues.
• Collaborate on projects including large software/hardware deployments and migrations.
• Report regularly to supervisors and managers.
