Parsons is seeking a talented IT Network Support to join our team in a role aimed at individuals starting their IT careers. You will learn, grow, and contribute to a modern, cloud-first IT environment while delivering high-quality user support.

You will work with Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Zendesk, and Cisco Meraki, with opportunities to expand expertise in endpoint management and security practices. This on-site role supports critical infrastructure projects in the NY/NJ corridor.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT support experience or equivalent coursework/internship experience.
• Basic knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange).
• Familiarity with IT ticketing systems like Zendesk or similar platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and grow within the team.

Responsibilities

• Provide user-focused IT support in a modern, cloud-first environment.
• Assist with day-to-day IT operations and monitor systems.
• Escalate complex issues to Level 2 or senior staff as needed.
• Document issues and resolutions; maintain SOPs and knowledge base.
