Topaz HR Advisory is seeking a Level 1 IT Technician for an MSP client in New Jersey. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience supporting clients with technology, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and day-to-day IT tasks.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of IT support or help desk experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and networking fundamentals.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and user account management is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, Microsoft 365, printer, and connectivity issues
