Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise is seeking an entry-level Insurance Sales Representative to learn the insurance industry while developing sales and customer service skills. You will prospect, contact, and meet potential clients to discuss needs and present personalized coverage options in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

You will leverage Salesforce to build a client portfolio, respond to inquiries, and schedule meetings with clients and local businesses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion considered)
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Willing to obtain Health & Life Insurance Producer license (study course provided, license fees reimbursed)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to curate leads, generate clients, and grow your portfolio
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text
• Schedule meetings to understand client insurance needs and present coverage options
• Visit local businesses, build relationships with owners, and follow up on referrals
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly and quarterly targets
• Manage weekly schedule and report activity to your manager
• Document daily sales activities and outcomes
